Purpose/Background: The County of Riverside Purchasing Department on behalf of Community Action is seeking proposals from qualified parties qualified in General Weatherization Services. It is the intent of this request to secure the services of multiple vendors in an ongoing process, to provide needed services wide. Program Objectives: To have vendors provide General Weatherization Services throughout Riverside County starting on date. The Community Action Partnership Division may, but is not obligated to, renew and renegotiate contract(s) annually for up to three (3) additional one-year period through June 30, 2025, contingent on the availability of funds and Contractor performance. Program Outcomes: The successful outcome of the program is that all General Weatherization service-eligible individuals have access to programs County wide.
