REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: RFP Wastewater Systems Operations and Maintenance Services PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission (State Parks) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to operate, monitor and test according to the permits specific to the Membrane Biological Reactor (MBR) Plants at Larrabee, Fort Flagler, Dosewallips and Illahee State Parks. Contractor will maintain these sewer treatment plants in accordance with the operating permit and the manufactures guidelines according to the Operations and Maintenance Manual for each facility. EXPECTED TIME PERIOD FOR CONTRACT: The period of performance of any contract(s) resulting from this RFP is TBD. AVAILABILITY OF DOCUMENTS: The RFP, including any amendments, will be available through WEBS Bid Opportunities, which is Washington's Electronic Business Solution.
