Request for Proposals: RFP 325-585 Fingerprint Outsourcing Project Description: The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission (State Parks) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide the service of capturing fingerprints and transmitting them via secure connection directly to the Washington State Patrol for all new field-based applicants and volunteers, or those whose duties meet the criteria subject to background checks that require submission of fingerprints. These volunteers and employees are based in over 124 locations around the state.
