ADVERTISEMENT Request for Proposal (RFP) for Pest Control Services (RFP 26-17A) Rapides Parish School Board is soliciting proposals from qualified proposers for Pest Control Services. Proposals will be accepted in the Purchasing Department at the Rapides Parish School Board, 619 6th Street, Alexandria, LA until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 8, 2025. Proposals received after the stated due date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly printed on the outside with: the Vendor’s Name the RFP Name - RFP 26-17A: Pest Control Services All proposals must be accompanied by proposal security equal to $2,000.00. Security must be in the form of a bond (from a surety company licensed to conduct business in the State of Louisiana made payable to Rapides Parish School Board. Rapides Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for just cause and to make an award in the best interest of the board, consistent with applicable laws, which is deemed to be in the best interests of Rapides Parish School Board. All submissions become property of Rapides Parish School Board and will not be returned. All costs associated with the submission preparation will be borne by the submitting proposer.
