The term of this contract shall be for a period of one (1) year: October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 with the option to renew annually for up to an additional three (3) years. Vendors who do not wish to participate in this proposal, are hereby informed that their services cannot and will not be utilized by Friendswood ISD. Only those responding vendors, who may be awarded a portion of this contract, will be allowed to provide services to any Friendswood ISD campus or department. Excludes vendors approved through FISD purchasing cooperatives. Please refer to the attached list of approved FISD cooperatives: FISD Purchasing Cooperatives Purchase orders will be prepared on an "as needed basis" throughout the year.
