MFLITE is a non-developmental item used by USAF and International Military aircraft maintainers for addressing MIDS-JTRS radio messaging errors. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Aerial Networks Division (AFLCMC/C3NK) is seeking qualified and interested vendors to both self-identify and verify their specific expert qualification and technical experiences that qualify them for the PMO’s effort to: develop the MFLITE engineering design and technical data package (TDP), culminating in the production of a Technical Manual for use by the aircraft radio maintainer. In a later phase of the Program, the contractor may be selected to perform the follow-on effort of building and fielding the kits. Once fielded, the Contractor will follow a logistics sustainment plan for the continued updating of the trouble shooting software and addressing life-cycle management of hardware components.
