Main St., Holly Springs, NC 27540 for the UTLEY CREEK WATER RECLAMATION FACILITY LAB &OPERATORS BUILDING,Town of Holly Springs Project No. 22-010a. The project is generally described as follows: The Town of Holly Springs is seeking bids for a single-prime construction contract for a 7,900 square foot administrative building. The building will be conditioned and will house a Lobby, Conference Room, Individual Offices, Lab/Lab Office, Workstations, Break Room, SCADA Room, Process Control and Glassware areas, Electrical/RV AC Rooms, Restrooms/Lockers and Storage. The work is located in Holly Springs, NC at the Utley Creek Water Reclamation Facility site (150 Treatment Plant Road, Holly Springs, NC). Beginning Friday, May 9, 2025, the Contract documents will be made available to perspective bidders. Printed copies of the Contract Documents are not available.
