Proposals will be accepted until September 1st, 2025 commencing with the issuance date of the solicitation. Multiple awards are anticipated and will be made on an as needed basis. All responsible sources may submit proposals to be considered by the Agency. The VA will only consider proposals from contractors who are licensed by the State of West Virginia, by the State of Ohio, by the State of Maryland and who are Medicare/Medicaid qualified. Placements will be made in contract nursing home facilities based on availability of facilities and the desires of the veterans and their respective families.
