The purpose of this RFQ is to develop a list of pre-qualified Respondents willing to perform general water rate and financial consulting services. These services will include, but are not limited to, analytical support for cost recovery efforts related to Pure Water Southern California, treatment surcharges, the Delta Conveyance Project, and the Sites Reservoir Project. The consultant will also support research and analysis of industry rate setting standards and provide financial analysis on an as-needed basis.
