OPS will conduct a mandatory pre-bid meeting for interested bidders at Bryan High School, 4700 Giles Rd, Omaha, NE 68157 on June 17, 2025, at 10:00AM CST. All attendees are required to sign-in at that time, and only those who attend the pre-bid meeting will be allowed to submit a bid. Proposals received from bidders not attending the pre-bid meeting will be returned unopened. 6 Questions may be asked at the pre-bid meeting. However, such questions and the answers given will not be transcribed or transmitted to the other potential bidders. A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $75.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes. *An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
