The District intends to develop a list of qualified Consultants (“List”) who will execute a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with the District and be called upon to provide survey services as they arise as Task Orders under the MSA. These services are broad in nature and may include the following (together referred to as “survey services” in this RFQ): Monument Installation; Boundary Survey; .Benchmarks; Asset Location Survey; Land-based Topographic Mapping; Construction Staking; Easement Support; Permit Support; Other Geomatic Services. The selected firms will be maintained on the District’s List for up to a five-year period, at which time the Consultant will be asked to submit an updated SOQ.
