The objective of this requirement is to provide specialized human factors training and services. Our mission goal requirement is to help ARARNG (Arkansas Army National Guard) improve human performance and safety among their workforce using the scientifically validated Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS) and Human Factors Intervention Matrix (HFIX). HFACS Inc. is the only company that provides certified training for the HFACS course. HFACS is a proprietary method taught by Dr. Wiegmann and Dr. Shappell of HFACS, Inc. HFACS is one of the required courses to complete the Certified Accident Investigation Program (CAIP) per NG Supplement 1 to AR 385-10.
This Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Contract is not a request for competitive proposals. Any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. All information received from this Notice shall be used for planning and market research purposes only. The determination to refrain from competing proposed contrast based on responses to this notice is Soley within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for the preparation of any information submitted or use of such information.
