PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the North Shore MW Antenna Removal project. Only this suggested source can perform the requirement because the site access is controlled by Communications Leasing Inc. Communications Leasing, Inc dictates who may access and remove equipment from their sites. As such, Communications Leasing, Inc has identified and authorized Beacon Communications Construction Inc (Cage Code 7USV1) to perform the work as outlined in the statement of work.
This notice will be distributed solely through the SAM.gov website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 237130.
The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests, capability, and authorized provider letter by responding to this requirement by contacting the Contracting Officer via email only at [email protected], no later than 11:00 am (CT) on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. Responses sent via other means (i.e., via telephone call, facsimile transmission, etc.) will not be considered. Information received will be used solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
Vendors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), effective July 29, 2012, to receive government contracts. The FBI utilizes a financial system, IPP.gov, that has a direct interface with the SAM. Please ensure that your company’s SAM information is updated and accurate. Vendors will be required to utilize IPP.gov for payments.
