THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
This synopsis/solicitation 1333MK25Q0093 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04.

Contract Type/Evaluation
The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Quote shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor’s quote.
This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 333618, Ship and Boat Propulsion Components, with a size standard of 1,500 employees.

Contractors who do not respond to items 1 through 5 may be considered non-compliant with the requirements of the solicitation and no further consideration shall be given for award.
