NOTICE INVITING BIDS – The City of Chico will receive sealed bids at 965 Fir Street, Chico, CA ATTN: Public Works O&M, until 2:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time)on July 9, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened and read. Once the results have been determined by staff, bid results will be posted and may be obtained on the Public Purchase website under Bid #“2025-2026 ROADWAY MATERIALS.” DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT - Furnish Roadway Materials (Aggregate Base, Asphalt Concrete, Hydro Patch, Thermo and Crack Seal) periodically during Fiscal Year 2025/2026. Bids may be submitted for one or more of the component materials, as applicable. The purchase period covered by this bid commences upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and ends June 30, 2026. Questions and Requests for Information regarding the bid must be submitted through the Public Purchase bid site. Questions and Requests for Information must be submitted five (5) calendar days prior to bid opening.
