The New York City (the “City”) Department of Parks and Recreation (“Parks” or the “Agency”) is in the process of establishing a pre-qualified list (“PQL”) of general contractors for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, necessary and required to perform general construction work for the construction of new buildings (“New Buildings”) on NYC parklands.
