Request for Proposal, RFP # 24-1263 for Local Retailer's General Merchandise, Equipment and Services will be received electronically through the district’s e-bidding system until the bid deadline of Monday, September 30,2030 at 5:00 P.M., CST. Please answer all questions in the attribute section, attach any documents, then hit submit by the bid deadline. For questions, direct them in writing to the questions portal online: This is a catalog bid, asking for a percentage discount off your catalog, shelf or list price. All valid responses will be accepted. This bid does not ask for individual pricing on specific items. Please note: This is a new bid and any vendor which was previously awarded on the Local Retailer's General Merchandise and Services bid will have to submit a response to this RFP in order to remain an approved vendor.
