The general scope of work is to remove and replace the existing roofing at the National City Library located at 1401 National City Blvd, National City, CA 91950. The scope includes but is not limited to removal of the existing roofing and flashing, cleaning and preparing the roof deck, installation of new roofing material, installation of curb and wall base flashings, installation of sheet metal coping and flashing, and proper disposal of roofing debris. Roofing materials, as listed in the technical specifications, will be procured by the City and delivered to the Contractor’s storage yard.
