There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at Lewis Central High School at 9:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, June 26, 2025 . Attendance of this Pre-Bid Conference is suggested for all General Contractors. Other subcontractors are highly encouraged to attend this Pre-Bid Conference. Bids for the Lewis Central High School Entry Addition will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, July 17, 2025, at the Lewis Central Education Resource Center located at 4121 Harry Langdon Blvd., Council Bluffs, Iowa. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Project consists of the construction of approximately 1,375 square feet of new addition, 2,647 square feet of renovation. Paid digital content is available via "Credit Card" payment method only. Bid Documents may be obtained from the offices of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)-592-4950. 1822 “N” Street, Lincoln NE 68508, (402)-474-5454 Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $75.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $200.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes. *An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free. All listed fees are before applicable taxes.
