Notice is hereby given that Public Utility District No. 1 of Kitsap County (Kitsap PUD) will receive sealed bid proposals for the TEL-260935 DC Plants Phase 2 - ARPA Node Grant on August 5, 2025 until 1:00 p.m. at the KPUD's Administrative Offices, located at 1431 Finn Hill Rd, Poulsbo, Washington 98370. Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly thereafter at the Finn Hill Road location. Bids are being asked for provision of all necessary labor, equipmentm, and materials required for the installation of DC power plants including battery strings, rectifiers, equipment racks, and associated equipment at 14 locations within Kitsap County as indicated in the plans and specifications which can be found on the Kitsap PUD website at https://www.kpud.org/about-us/vendors-bids/. All work performed on this project is subject to state prevailing wage rates. Non-mandatory site meetings will be held; note Introduction to Bidders. Contractor must be licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington State. Contractors are encouraged to commit to local hires for this project. Small, Minotiry-, and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids. A 5% bid guarantee is required in the form of a certified or cashier's check, or surety bond. The Contract will be awarded to the qualified bidder submitting the lowerst responsible bid. Kitsap PUD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities in the bidding in accordance with the specifications.
