The Contractor shall provide Food Catering Services (non-personal services) at the Marquette Regional Airport. The contractor is responsible for providing all materials, delivery, setup, and cleanup upon completion of the training event. The contractor will provide 14,000 breakfast and dinner meals in a span of 15 days with each meal providing a minimum of 1300 calories with 30g of protein per meal.
