Description of Requirement:

Remove and replace existing heating and distribution systems. All old equipment and hardware are to be removed out of the park by the contractor. Contractor will remove existing boiler, water holding tank, hydronic piping, radiators, flue pipe and LP line. Contractor shall provide and install new water heater and holding tank for domestic hot water supply separate from the heating system.
Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.

O-116 is an Apartment Building accessed from WA State Route 123, adjacent to the Ohanapecosh Campground, in the south east corner of Mount Rainier National Park. The nearest town is Packwood Washington located 11 miles to the south. Packwood is a small town with minimal amenities and services.
Period of Performance: August 11- September 30th, 2025.

In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated:
$ 250,000.00- $ 500,00.00.
The solicitation, plans, and specifications are expected to be posted on or about July 11th, 2025 (this is a target date which may slip or change; if the solicitation is not posted on July 11th 2025, that is because the solicitation is not available for posting). The solicitation will be available for a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days once posted.
This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. The Solicitation will include information on how to obtain the plans and specifications. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the Agency posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.SAM.gov. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation.
All interested offers MUST have an active vendor record in SAM.gov, be a small business under the identified NAICS code and NOT have any exclusion such as a delinquent federal debt or debarment.
SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote.
