Columbus City Schools is seeking bids for vehicle batteries. Questions must be submitted via Public Purchase by July 14, 2025 3:00pm. Questions will not be addressed over the phone or by email. Answers will be posted July 15, 2025 11:00am. All bids must be submitted through Public Purchase. All bids awarded will be subject to the CCS Purchase Order/General Terms & Conditions incorporated by reference and posted for review at http://www.ccsoh.us/Vendors . REQUEST FOR BIDS 1) The Columbus City Schools is accepting bids (or quotes) for the period July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. 2) This request is based on the previous year’s purchase(s), and will be used as a basis to issue a purchase order. There is no guarantee to purchase any items or in any quantities. a) Pricing levels must apply to all items that Columbus City Schools may purchase. 3) Columbus City Schools requires the successful bidder to have a location/counter locally from which business can be conducted, and that items bid on will be in stock. a) Parts must be available during normal business working hours; 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. b) Quantities of purchases will vary from time to time, depending on the needs of Columbus City Schools. 4) The attached list of part numbers will be used to rate the discounted price of parts and supplies. a) Each part must be priced individually, for a market basket bid. 5) Parts must be the same brand or equal in quality to the attached parts list. a) Columbus City Schools will determine the quality of the parts quoted. 6) The warranty period will begin when the part is installed. a) The successful bidder must attach a separate sheet with warranty details. b) A copy of original invoice will service as proof of purchase. 7) Online parts ordering capability is preferred. 8) Parts must be delivered within 6-hours of the time order is placed, whether the order is made via email, phone call, online, or other method. 9) Delivery costs must be included in the individual cost of the part price per unit (PPU). 10) Quotes with separate delivery charges will be considered non-responsive and will not be accepted. 11) Incomplete bids will be considered non-responsive and will not be evaluated. 12) This is an “all-or-none” bid. 13) The proposed bid shall be in effect for one (1) year, with the potential to be extended two (2) additional one (1) year terms. 14) All bids must PgeBw MW 6sVWT19Bs rPxZw 18 744963111 21157 02282 2922 076509 0169 36691 xGEIQtQ HzG WNXtx9 8615 5OkX0L 7323 4529 mWbe submitted via Public Purchase, a national bidding website for public agencies.pt 295
