The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that to provide HVAC Installation and Replacement Services. Bids must address all of the services described in Exhibit A entitled, ¿Scope of Work¿ that is included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB. Exhibit A contains a detailed description of the services and work to be performed, as a result of this IFB including those terms in the referenced exhibits. (1) DVBE Mandatory participation requirement of minimum 5%. (2) License Requirements: Contractor State License Board CSLB C-20 - Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor, and Local County or City Business License. (3) DIR Registration: Bidders must be registered with the DIR Pursuant to California Labor Code Sections 1770, 1773 and 1773.1.
