PROJECT: ID FLAP CANYON MULTI(1), Indiana and Orchard Shared Roadway
LOCATION: This project is located within the city of Caldwell, Idaho
WORK: This project consists of constructing 4’ paved shoulders on Indiana Avenue and Orchard Avenue. Pedestrian improvements at Murphy’s Neck are also included, and the project will replace the Forest Canal Bridge. See “Project Description” posted under attachments for additional details.
LENGTH: Schedule A- 2.55 miles; Schedule B- 4.06 miles
TENTATIVE COMPLETION DATE: Fall 2025
CONTRACT TYPE: Sealed Bid. Firm-Fixed-Price.
ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.
THIS SOLICITATION IS OFFERED AS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
This project will include 2 bid schedules. Only one schedule will be awarded.
