This project has 5% SBE, 3% VOB, 10% MBE and 6% WBE participation goals. Skanska will select based on best value from all interested subcontractors submitting proposals, including SBE/VOB/MBE/WBE firms on this project. If you are a SBE/VOB/MBE/WBE firm, please indicate this with your proposal. All interested subcontractors, please indicate all lower tier SBE/VOB/MBE/WBE participation offered on your proposal as it will be evaluated with your price for best value. Subcontractor may be requested to furnish a bond, if required Skanska will pay bond premium up to 1%.
