This is an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contract for obtaining General Housecleaning Services for the U.S. Embassy Housing Compound in Tokyo and the U.S. Government Leased Residences in Tokyo, Japan.
The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The U.S. Government may award the contract based on the initial quotation without discussion. The resultant contract will be an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contract.
The U.S. Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award. Therefore, quoters are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
