The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Southern District of Georgia procures substance abuse and mental health treatment services for federal defendants and offenders, using Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs).
Interested treatment providers may submit a proposal for any posted RFP for which they have the existing office space, ability and certification to meet the required needs. Providers must respond timely to solicitation deadlines, noted on each RFP, and clearly show that (1) they have existing office space within the required catchment area; (2) they can provide the required services, (3) such services will be provided by certified, licensed professionals with experience in such treatment, and (4) prices of such treatment shall be as low as, or lower than, those charged to the treatment provider's most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions. NOTE: Proposals will only be accepted utilizing the posted RFPs. Further, only those proposals which are properly completed, contain all required documentation, and submitted to the attention of the Contracting Officer at [email protected] by the required date and time will be considered.
