The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Sill, has a requirement for Packing and Crating for Oklahoma counties. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials except specified as Government furnished, for the preparation of personal property of Department of Defense personnel for shipment and/or storage and related services through the Direct Procurement Method. Work shall be conducted in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of contract and commercial practices. The purpose of this requirement is to provide Packing and Containerizing services in support of Fort Sill units and tenant activities, reserve component units; field artillery units outside the installation or the AR 5-9 area of responsibility, and other organizational elements having support agreements with Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
Place of Performance: Oklahoma Counties: Comanche, Kiowa, Caddo, McClain, Carter, Grady, Garvin, Muray and Stephens.
The Standard North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 484210 is applicable to this acquisition. The small business size standard is $34 million.
The Government will issue a 100% small business set-aside under a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, for Packing and Crating Services for nine Oklahoma Counties. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated. Expected award shall consist of one base period of performance (15 July 2025 – 14 July 2026) and four one-year option periods of performance (15 July 2026 – 14 July 2030). There is no guarantee that each option will be exercised. The RFQ date of issue is on 16 June 2025. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered.
