BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes the creation of a functional security system, repairs to the Expo Hall roof and operational improvements to HVAC and electric systems that advance the Farm Show Complex's ability to operate effectively and efficiently for their vendors, visitors and staff. The project will also address safety concerns existent at the Complex. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $19,200,000.00. APPLICATION DUE DATE TUESDAY, JULY 15, 2025, AT 4:30 P.M.
