The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the F-15 Static Display Concrete Pad - JFHQ located at Joint Forces Headquarters, 10601 Bear Hollow Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to furnish and install all cast-in-place concrete work, including associated excavation, grading, reinforcement, curing, cleanup, inspections, quality control, and project management. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to

Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 7/9/2025, at 10:00 AM at Joint Forces Headquarters, 10601 Bear Hollow Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Prospective bidders shall not proceed directly to the job site unless directed to do so in writing by the Contracting Officer. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk.
