NOTICE INVITING BIDS (NOTICE) FOR CITY OF TRACY ON-CALL IRRIGATION CONTROLLER AND MASTER VALVE TROUBLESHOOTING, REPAIR, AND REPLACEMENT SERVICES CITY OF TRACY NOTICE INVITING BIDS (NOTICE) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter "City") requests bids for ON-CALL IRRIGATION CONTROLLER AND MASTER VALVE TROUBLESHOOTING, REPAIR, AND REPLACEMENT SERVICES (hereinafter “Project”) and will receive bids in the office of the Parks, Recreation, & Community Services Department, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, CA, 95376, ATTN: Roy Valadez, Management Analyst II, up to the hour of 2 p.m. (Pacific Standard), July 2, 2025 July 16, 2025. The services to be performed by the successful proposer(s) are described in the Notice Inviting Bids (which is attached). Copies of the Notice are available at the Parks, Recreation, & Community Services Department and online at www.cityoftracy.org/government/rfp-notices. Bids shall be submitted and clearly marked on the outside of a sealed envelope as follows “SEALED BID FOR ON-CALL IRRIGATION CONTROLLER AND MASTER VALVE TROUBLESHOOTING, REPAIR, AND REPLACEMENT SERVICES – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL.” All responsive submittals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the City in order to determine which bidder best meets the City’s needs by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services. The criteria by which the City shall evaluate submittals are set forth in this Notice. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals or waive any irregularities in any submittal, this Notice, or the submittal process.
