This announcement is total small business acquisition to provide Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) - Braxton County Streambank Stabilization Project, West Virginia.
The work consists of restoring and stabilizing approximately 300 linear feet of stream channel at two sites in Braxton County, West Virginia. The contractor will install grouted rock riprap to stabilize channel banks and grade and seed disturbed areas adjacent to the channel to provide positive drainage and vegetation cover.
Total Small Business set-aside.
A bid guarantee of 20 percent of the bid price or $3 million, whichever is less, must be submitted with any bid. 
In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project is between $250,000 through $500,000.
Place of Performance: Braxton County, West Virginia The North American Industrial Classification System code is 237990, which has a size standard of $45 million.
A firm fixed-price contract is anticipated under Sealed Bidding procedures FAR Part 14.
To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov/. No state level certifications will be accepted. 
An organized site visit will be held for both sites on Friday, June 20, 2025 at 10:30 a.m EST.
