The Natick Soldier Combat Capabilities Developmental Command - Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC) requires technical library search capabilities. Elsevier INC. are the sole providers of this equipment and the associated services. Changing the service provider would be unsuitable as Elsevier INC. is the sole provider of this comprehensive technological search catalog.
