The County of Mercer is soliciting bids, through this Advertisement for Bids (AFB), from qualified vendors to provide electronic equipment, in accordance with NJAC 16:85 rules for Contracting Policies and Procedures which govern this AFB. The Mercer County, in consultation with Ewing Township, proposes to enter into a contract with a vendor to provide the electronic equipment and software packages specified. The successful operator will also be required to cooperate with the County to prepare specific reporting materials regarding the delivery, installation, and/or maintenance of the electrical equipment of software package(s). BID/RFP DOCUMENTS Specifications ,addendum's and bid forms may be obtained through BidNet Direct. Bids shall be electronically uploaded.
