Project consists of 4″ and 6″ boring of 26 creek locations in Obion County, installation of valves, and flush hydrant assemblies. Bid Information: This project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal funds awarded to the Elbridge Water Association by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Separate sealed bids for Elbridge Water Line Replacement will be received by the Elbridge Water Association, c/o Hornbeak Utility District, 232 W. Main Street, PO Box 263, Hornbeak, TN 38232, until 2:30 p.m. on July 24, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Any person with disability requiring special accommodations must contact the Elbridge Water Association no later than 7 days prior to the bid opening. Official plan holders list will only be the list maintained by A2H, Inc.
