The Project consists of the installation of a new SCADA system at the Elbridge Water Plant, 5 storage tank locations, and booster station locations. Bid Information: Separate sealed bids for Elbridge SCADA System will be received by the Elbridge Water Association, c/o Hornbeak Utility District, 232 W. Main Street, PO Box 263, Hornbeak, TN 38232, until 1:30 p.m. on July 24, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Any person with disability requiring special accommodations must contact the Elbridge Water Association no later than 7 days prior to the bid opening. This project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal funds awarded to the Elbridge Water Association by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Note: There are no drawings associated with this project. PLEASE NOTE: Official plan holders list will only be the list maintained by A2H, Inc. It is the sole responsibility of all plan holders, whether they have received digital downloads or paper copies of the plans and specifications, to periodically to check for Addenda which may have been posted on the A2H Planroom at www.a2hplanroom.com.
