Dear Prospective Offerors,
The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive has a requirement for the subject support services for its Office of Transportation Services (TRANServe), within the Office of the Assistant
Secretary for Administration.
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued for this requirement as proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring www.sam.gov to ensure they have the most current information in reference to this acquisition.
This requirement will be awarded as a commercial item under the procedures outlined in FAR Part 12. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 812930, “Parking Lots and Garages," with a small business size standard of $47.0 Million. This combined synopsis/solicitation RFP is 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
The DOT anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract from this RFP.
The resultant award shall consist of five years: one (1) base period and four (4) one year option periods.
Interested Offerors are requested to provide the Technical and Price proposals in accordance with Section 14-16 of the RFP.
