Leander Independent School District (known herein as “LISD or “the District”) is accepting Proposals from vendors, referred to as Proposers prior to award and Contractor after award, to provide Fine Arts Creative Contracted Services in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions, and requirements/specifications contained in this solicitation. This solicitation is issued per Texas Education Code Chapter 44, Sub Chapter B. This solicitation is a Continuous Opportunity Bid, meaning that Proposers may be awarded periodically through the term, which ends June 30, 2026 at 2 p.m. As Proposers are awarded, the solicitation will be temporarily closed, then reopened with a document showing vendors awarded to date.
