The Walton County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed proposals from experienced firms to provide Debris Monitoring Services in the event of a natural or man-made disaster for Walton County Emergency Management. This is a standby/on-call contract, activated only for emergency declaration. Proposals will be accepted at the Historic Walton Co. Courthouse, 111 S. Broad Street, Monroe, Georgia 30655 until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 24, 2025. Proposals submitted after the time due will not be accepted. RFP documents may be obtained by email to

[email protected]. Proof of General Liability Insurance and Workman's Compensation Insurance will be required with the Walton County Board of Commissioners named as additional insured. Proposers must submit with the proposal a Contractor Affidavit verifying compliance with the Federal Work Authorization Program known as E-Verify. This form must be notarized. Walton County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award the proposal based on the highest and best interest of Walton County.
