Each grating has an area of -1 mm x 0.5 mm Location according

to communicated.

Source selection will be based on Lowest Price and Technically Acceptable Method (LPTA).

Technical evaluation criteria are as follows:

1. single diamond substrate 10 mm by 10 mm by 100-micron thickness
2. grating height >4 micron
3. 2*5 grating on each substrate, 1x4 area for 2μm pitch, 1x4 area for 1μm pitch, 2x1 for 4μm pitch). The duty cycle variation: from 35% to 50% with a step of 5% for the gratings with 1μm and 2μm pitch; and 40%and 50% DC for 4μm pitch. At the bottom of the grating, the pitch should be within 5% as compared to that of the nominal value
4. grating period accuracy <2 nm
5. each grating area is 1 mm by 0.5 mm. Orientation of grooves is parallel to 1 mm edge of the grating with error <1 milli-degree.
