Scope of work under this Contract includes minor site excavation, minor exterior work, demolition of interior, renovation of interiors. This scope of work includes both phases of work to its approximately 12,500 square feet of its existing facility including: • Additional hallway access hallway connecting existing fitness center to existing men’s & women’s locker rooms • Excavation work to connect new access hallway • Renovation to existing locker rooms, new epoxy flooring, new wall tile and shower partitions – owner to provide lockers with GC to install, • Removal of existing hall tiles at north end, owner to supply floor LVT with GC to install BID DUE DATE: Tuesday, July 8, 2025 – 10:00AM Des Plaines Park District – Administrative & Leisure Center 2222 Birch St., Des Plaines, IL 60018 PRE-BID MEETING: Non-Mandatory Wednesday, June 18, 2028 – 10:00AM Prairie Lakes Community Center 515 E. [email protected]). All bidders, new and previous can set up an additional walk through with their sub-contractors until the date of July 2, 2025 with a cut off time of 2pm. No other walkthroughs will be available after this date and time. Sub-contractors are not required to sign in but all General Contractors must sign in.
