Clemson University is seeking a fixed price bid (i.e. Not to Exceed) contract with multiple vendors to provide concrete & masonry labor as outlined in the attached Scope of Work/Specifications listed under the "Attachments" tab. Registration should be submitted no later than 48hrs prior to the bid close and it is highly encouraged that you submit your bid prior to the closing date and time.
