The San Luis Obispo Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms with requisite experience to conduct a comprehensive classification and compensation/benefits study to ensure its ability to hire and retain qualified employees, maintain equitable internal relationships among employees, comply with state and federal laws, and help the agency plan for succession of senior staff members in an orderly manner. The project scope of work (Exhibit 1) includes information for the requested Job Description Updated and Classification Study, and Compensation and Benefit Study to be provided under this agreement.
