The Project includes rehabilitation of the existing sewer collection system. Rehabilitation methods include cured-in-place pipe, open cut replacement and point repairs. Bid Information: This project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal funds awarded to the City of Moscow by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Separate sealed bids for Sewer System Rehabilitation will be received by the City of Moscow, City Hall, 14075 Highway 57, Moscow, TN 38057, until 2:00 p.m. on July 22, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Any person with disability requiring special accommodations must contact the City of Moscow no later than 7 days prior to the bid opening. PLEASE NOTE: Official plan holders list will only be the list maintained by A2H, Inc. It is the sole responsibility of all plan holders, whether they have received digital downloads or paper copies of the plans and specifications, to periodically to check for Addenda which may have been posted on the A2H Planroom at www.a2hplanroom.com.
