The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) invites prospective bidders to review and respond to the attached Invitation for Bids (IFB) Number 25C370004 entitled, CHP OAKLAND AREA OFFICE¿ Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Replacement Services. When preparing and submitting a bid, compliance with the instructions found herein is imperative. Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Participation Requirements California Law Requires Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation. All bidders for this solicitation, must meet the minimum DVBE participation requirement of 5%. Bidders are eligible to receive a DVBE incentive for their participation.
