The Government reserves the right, however, to seek an OSP determination at any stage in the procurement, if doing so is in the Government?s best interests. JVs between a U.S. firm and foreign firm are acceptable, provided the U.S. firm has a 51% or more ownership stake in the JV. Only United States based firms and Joint Ventures, as described before, are eligible for award under FMF projects.SCOPE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Middle East District has a requirement from the Egyptian Air Force (EAF) to provide CH-47 Bed Down Facilities and Infrastructure.
