U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Border Patrol, Tucson Sector requires solid waste/trash removal services for Ajo Border Patrol Station and the Ajo State Route 85 Checkpoint located in Why, Arizona, and Ajo, Arizona, respectively.
The overall period of performance includes a base year and four option years. The base year period of performance is August 7, 2025, through August 6, 2026.
This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This RFQ is issued as a total small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. It is anticipated that award will be made on or about July 24, 2025.
For quotation preparation instructions, see Section V.5, General Instructions for the Preparation and Submission of Quotations (Oct 2008). Quoters are strongly encouraged to review this section carefully.
The applicable NAICS code is 562111 - Solid Waste Collection. The corresponding size standard is $47 million. As stated above, the solicitation is set aside for eligible small businesses under this NAICS code.
No sustainable acquisition requirements have been identified.
In order to be considered for award, quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to the solicitation closing date. Interested vendors not already registered in SAM are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible.
