Round Rock Independent School District is accepting bid responses for: CATALOG CONTRACT FOR CATERING SERVICES. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. As proposal responses are received or on a periodic basis, they will be opened, evaluated, and either accepted or rejected by the district, based on the criteria outlined within this solicitation. Awards will be made throughout the open period of this solicitation and will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response. PLEASE NOTE: THIS CONTRACT REPLACES 22-011 - CATERING SERVICES (EXPIRES 06/30/2024). ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO RESPOND TO THIS NEW RFP. FAILURE TO DO SO, WILL IMPACT YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO CONTINUE BUSINESS WITH THE DISTRICT. Although the District is legally required to accept paper bids, we strongly request that bidders submit this bid electronically.
