2-6.1 Bristol Street North The work necessary for the completion of this contract consists of mobilization and demobilization; best management practices (BMP); staking and survey monument restoration; traffic control plan preparation and implementation; required Caltrans coordination and documentation related with the encroachment permit; public notifications; clearing and grubbing, utility company coordination and utility verification; removal of existing roadway improvements, subgrade preparation, cold milling of existing asphalt; construction of asphalt concrete (AC) pavement, asphalt rubberized hot mix (ARHM) pavement, full depth pavement section repairs, concrete patches, PCC curb ramps, PCC sidewalk, PCC curb and gutter, PCC curb, truncated domes, and utility adjustments; installation of new traffic signal improvements and replacement of traffic signal loop detectors; traffic striping, pavement markings, pavement markers and curb markings; traffic signage improvements; regrading and repairs to impacted or damaged landscaping and irrigation system improvements; as-built plan preparation, and all other work required by the Contract Documents. 2-6.2 Spyglass Hill Road The work necessary for the completion of this contract consists of mobilization and demobilization; best management practices (BMP); staking and survey monument restoration; traffic control plan preparation and implementation; public notifications; clearing and grubbing, utility company coordination and utility verification; removal of existing roadway improvements, subgrade preparation, cold milling of existing asphalt; construction of asphalt rubberized hot mix (ARHM) pavement, full depth pavement section repairs, construction of a new landscaped median, concrete patches, PCC curb ramps, PCC sidewalk, PCC cross gutter spandrels, PCC pavement, PCC curb and gutter, PCC curb, parkway drains, median drainage improvements (catch basin, PVC pipe, atrium drains, and connection to existing drainage improvements), subdrain system (PVC pipe, cleanouts, concrete bag cutoff walls, and connection to existing catch basin), truncated domes, and utility adjustments; installation of new traffic signal conduit and replacement of traffic signal loop detectors; traffic striping, pavement markings, pavement markers and curb markings; traffic signage improvements; installation of a new electrical service cabinet; new Class A topsoil; PVC irrigation sleeves; new landscape and irrigation system; 90-day plan establishment period; regrading and repairs to impacted or damaged landscaping and irrigation system improvements; as-built plan preparation, and all other work required by the Contract Documents. 2-6.3 Von Karmen Avenue The work necessary for the completion of this contract consists of mobilization and demobilization; best management practices (BMP); staking and survey monument restoration; traffic control plan preparation and implementation; obtaining an encroachment permit from the City of Irvine for placement of traffic control devices within their City limits; public notifications; clearing and grubbing, utility company coordination and utility verification; removal of existing roadway improvements, subgrade preparation, cold milling of existing asphalt; construction of asphalt concrete (AC) pavement, asphalt rubberized hot mix (ARHM) pavement, full depth pavement section repairs, PCC curb ramps, PCC sidewalk, PCC driveway, PCC pavement, PCC curb and gutter, PCC curb, truncated domes, and utility adjustments; replacement of traffic signal loop detectors; traffic striping, pavement markings, pavement markers and curb markings; traffic signage improvements; regrading and repairs to impacted or damaged landscaping and irrigation system improvements; as-built plan preparation, and all other work required by the Contract Documents.
